This course is designed for students that loved and excelled in the basic Ceramics course. Here we will focus on detail and how delicate a ceramic piece can actually be. It is not about how fast you can produce a piece, it is all about the detail and creativity. Out of the box ideas. You will be following my creativity guidelines for all of your pieces. I like to do series pieces. So here are some of what you will be doing in this course.
Assignment #1-Nature Series- 5 pieces that represent 1 item in nature.
Assignment #2-Autobiographical Piece-this is a piece that represents you, must incorporate at least 5 different things that would truly represent you.
Assignment #3-A donation piece for the Fine Arts Fair in the fall
